ALSO on May 16th in Arlington TX there is a candle light vigil for Medicinal Marijuana use. Where is the candle light for recreational Marijuana use?!?

Candle-Light Vigil to honor Texas medical marijuana patients and to call attention to HB 164 (ability to claim medicinal use of marijuana in a court of *ahem* Law).
